“There were a couple of questions were I felt the answers were unclear and chose wrongly. e.g victimisation and associative discrimination for a complaint proceedure. the person suspected of submitting the complaint may not be the victim of the harassment. otherwise an excellent course.”

“It would be better if you could scroll back and forth through the course at your own pace and not be restricted by the settings. It would be easier if you could look at all questions on one page in the assessment and not have the click through the whole programme. It would also be better if you could immediately have opportunity to correct a wrong answer, I got 3 wrong and don't actually know what the correct answer is”

Hi, thank you for your review and feedback! The reason we don’t show the correct answer if you have answered a question incorrectly is that we want to encourage our learners to recap the areas where they went wrong to ensure they fully understand the material. You can also take the end assessment as many times as you like at no extra cost. I will definitely pass this feedback on though to see if it is something we can look at for the future. Many thanks!
