This is a very in-depth training course. It encourages you to look at what type of leader you are through the tasks you undertake and you can reflect on these as to how you can improve your management/leadership style.

My low score is based on the resources and supporting materials. They prioritise white men in a heirearchical role throughout the course materials. The voice over and videos were presented by men, with no diversity. Although the slides seemed to have diverse representation, there were only 2 genders, no trans or non binary representation. There were diverse representation of racial and ethnic groups, however the slides favoured white men as being 'in charge' or as a dominant heirerarchy. For instance in the growth mindset slide an optimistic white man is shown as having a growth mindset, whilst a despondent looking hijab wearing woman is shown having a fixed mindset. Younger women are frequently shown as being in junior roles to men and white men are usually shown as being in senior roles to PoC. The resources priorititise a male point of view and often from people with western sounding names. There didn't appear to be diversity in the gender or race and ethnicity of sources. This presents the western male point of view as being the dominant/ correct point of view. I find this disapointing when there are inspiring people from the global majority who we can learn from
