“Too woolly in places. Questions at the end do not always relate directly to the content in the training. It is disconcerting that the timing of the spoken word is not in keeping with the printed comments as they arise, the printed comments coming too early and distract from what is being said. I don't feel its necessary to have the first slide which states the section headings, this is a bit of duplication.”
