“This was a very thorough and informative course, but it was extremely time consuming. Although I liked the fact that each module was broken down, it would have been better to have an additional option to download the transcript or listen to it all at once, so learners can read or listen to it independently at their own pace, rather than the pace dictated by the course.”

“Some of the assessment questions use the industry jargon which can be unfamiliar to the recipient (but probably required by some who work regularly within the industry). For those not so heavily involved on a day to day basis simplified terminology should be used e.g. a child believed to be being sexually abused should have response options such as immediate action, urgent action etc and not a label to describe the urgency.”
