“This was an extremely run course. Listening to an excellent reader added concentration to the written word. The text was clear and concise, being able to to back and forward was very helpful, and the short tests made me think better. The 'slides' were beautifully prepare and the summary slides very helpful. I'm not sure if the content of the course will be available in the future, because it will be important to be ables to refer to it. I won't remember all of it in future. Overall it gave me a new insight into safeguarding Thank you”

Hello Caroline, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review and your feedback. I'm glad you found the course to have a lot of useful information included. Unfortunately, the course material is unavailable to print because each course is 100% online and interactive with moving images. Also, it contains confirmation exercises along the way that are designed to ensure that candidates have understood the information they learn as they progress through the course. There is also a risk of learners referring to out of date information in the future if they print out the material. Even after you have completed the course and passed the test, your login details will remain valid for 12 months so you can login again in the future if you need to refer back to the course material. To do this, simply log back in and click "Previous" in the modules until you've reached the pages that you want to review. At the end of each module there is a Module Summary, which you could always note down to help you in the future.
