I'm sorry to hear that you found the voiceover to be too slow, there is an option within the course settings to speed this up if you would like to it will also enable you to get through the course a little quicker. “It revealed the gaps in my knowledge,which are clearly at the legislative level. I think as I work in a nursery with children aged 2-4, I disengage with information that I don't feel I need to know.”

“I thought it was a great course and offered a new perspective than when I've done face to face courses in the past. I found it helpful to learn more about the referral process and how to deal with different decisions once a referral is made. It was good to do it at my own pace, so I could focus on parts that are often sped through on a traditional face to face course. I like the interactive questions, which I've missed on other platforms when I've done online training. And the whole system works very well from signing up for a course to completing it. My work still require me to complete a face to face course though, when mine is up for renewal but this was a great refresher half way through the year and despite my work not classing it as my official safe guarding training for the year (it does come with a certificate for Level 2 but I need to do the local course Level 1), I found it very helpful in terms of my own personal knowledge.”

“It was good, felt that having the audio and the text was good but would have liked the opportunity to remove audio so could read at own pace.”
