“If it the course was "Conflict Management - an Overview" or "An introduction to Conflict Management" I would have given 5 stars, but it was called "Conflict Management." I was hoping to come away with new skills for dealing with conflict, and training that I could adopt with our staff. Sadly, it was too basic for our needs. I was expecting more strategies for dealing with conflict rather than just descriptions of different formal processes for finding a resolution. Not £30 well spent, I'm afraid, as the course aims were not deliered in the practical way I was expecting.”
