“Many thanks, the Introduction to Safeguarding adults (level 1) was exactly what i needed to clarify much of what i need to know as a volunteer in the night time community. it helped to put into perspective everything that I had read previously, especially regarding the reporting of concerns to my local authority. it was worth every penny, especially as I now have the information at hand.”
