“It is so slow and difficult to click between slides when you're trying to review. If you want to re-read something on slide 2 it takes such a long time to click through from page 20.”

“I would have liked more engaging video content in the training rather than a voice over reading out lots of text. The topic is really important, but cognitively heavy and so using multiple ways of sharing information would make the training more engaging.”

“There was a question on types of abuse for which one of the options was "Hate and Mate Crime" no idea what that was supposed to be! In the same section there was a question which I believe had an incorrect answer. Not as good as previous training I've done with you, in part because it's not particularly relevant to my role, but also I found it repetitive and unclear in places.”
