“There were huge gaps in my knowledge in this area and the course has enlightened me quite considerably. Initially, I didn't realise the extent of responsibilities and accountabilities involved and truth be told, I was like a fish out of water. Now though, its opened my eyes and gained me a new found respect for an area which I perhaps took for granted and didn't really take it seriously enough. All in all, a good course and something to be learned by novices like me and for those more knowledgable.”

“the modules were broken down into clear points. The information was current, including how Brexit affects GDPR. I would have liked to see a feature which allows for the reminding of the long form of acronyms used throughout, such as hovering over ICO would produce a note saying 'Information Commissioner's Office', to promote continued association.”
