“Clear and Easy to Use: While the content is generally clear and easy to use, some aspects related to observing candidates’ behavior during interviews may not be appropriate for neurodivergent individuals or people with disabilities. For example, phrases like “Is the candidate at ease or nervous?” or “Do they look afraid or welcoming of what you are asking them?” can be exclusive and discriminatory, regardless of whether the candidate has disclosed their neurodivergence or disability. It is important to review such wording with neuroinclusivity and disability in mind to ensure a fair and supportive interview process for all candidates.”

“It was really informative, and easy to find your way around. As I completed the modules some time before completing the assessment this made it more challenging to complete the assessment as the information wasn't fresh in my mind.”
