“If the speed of text was set to the faster level throughout, automatically, regardless of whether Speech was on or off, that would really help, as progression is set at Jurassic speed otherwise. The recap questions throughout the course do not really test knowledge gained properly, as most of the answers do not follow the best practice multiple choice protocols. i.e. most of the wrong answers are throwaway / slightly silly, so you would have to be pretty dumb not to get them. These do not prepare you for the much more fine tuned questions in the final assessment. Which are mostly set at a more suitable testing level (although some are still pretty obvious!). One of the questions is very ambiguous, the options on "Step 4 - Pre-Appointment and DBS Checks" Drag & Drop exercise - mention that: "a coach being hired by your martial arts centre to cover the beginner's class" - but no mention is made of age ranges, Martial Arts Beginners could be 10/ 20/ 30/ 40/ 50/ 60/ 70 years old - an indication of age ranges would assist here. Other than that, fine thanks.”
