“I recognise this is a national accredited course aimed at all industries. However, there was very little reference or assessment material directly related or relevant to the care home industry. The information provided was clear and the course was thorough, but would be good to include more detail about moving and handling people and working in partnership for the procedure. The information around equality, stress, worker health was interesting and relevant to our workplace. The assessment questions for each module could be more challenging to prepare for the final assessment and ensure user engagement and concentration throughout. The course certainly covers all aspects in regards Health and Safety and the tone and enthusiasm of the speaker is good.”

If learners get a question incorrect on an assessment, we do encourage them to go back through the modules and revisit the topics.
