“It would be really good if the voice could be turned off so that you can just read information. Taking the test, if a question is wrongly answered it would be good to give the correct answer so that you can learn from the mistake. At present it just tells you that you were wrong, so if you have still passed the test you are never sure what the correct answer should have been.”

“I thoroughly enjoyed taking this updated course again. I learned about Owen's Law which I was not previously aware of. As some members of my family suffer from various food hypersensitivities, I will be enrolling on this course again when my new qualification expires. Enrolling on and passing this course should be a prerequisite for anyone involved in the food industry, or for people who prepare and serve food in a domestic environment.”
