“it had all the necessary information and easy to understand. I have always been taught though that technically asprin doesn't work by thinning the blood!”

One of the effects aspirin has is thinning of the blood, which is why in the course we recommend asking the casualty whether they'd like to take a low dose if they are experiencing a heart attack.
