“Blar blar blar stats & percentages blar blar blar Lecture lecture lecture blar blar blar Loads of happy smile generic pictures, rattle rattle rattle, so the “training” is just a audio book that “reads” like what a uni-grad would regurgitate No life experience just loads of cut-n-past Poorest presentation and manual handling course I’ve ever seen. After having to endure this I just wont to die !”
