“Waste of time if I am lifting at work how does reading a few questions help me. If my posture is wrong I will still get injured.”

Hi Steven, thank you for your review. I am sorry to hear that you found the course to be a waste of time. The course is designed to help you understand more about the risks associated with manual handling, how to undergo a risk assessment and how to ensure appropriate control measures are put in place. The last module also covers the techniques to prevent injury. If you feel like you need some practical training along side the course to make sure you are manual handling safely then please do talk to your training manager.
