“Comprehensive awareness raising - good summary of the issues and general principles. I take issue with the wording of some of the assessment questions: I'm not sure that use of the word 'best way' is helpful when what you're looking for is 'one of several essential ways' - re ways of identifying hazards. If I were to ask our employees currently many of them are untrained and naive about Legionella so I'm not sure asking them about hazards could be described as 'the best way' to identify the hazards.”
