“The course was very good, but for each technique mentioned eg the choking child, and how to administer the back blows or the abdominal thrusts we need proper videos to show us how to practically do this. Even the bee sting, a video showing how to use the credit card correctly would be beneficial. So for every manoeuvre there should be a clear video. As just explaining the moves is not enough.”
