Hello Rachael, Thank you for your review. We really value the opinions of our customers so I passed your comments onto the appropriate team to see if there is something we can do for future users. The content team have come back to me and they have confirmed that they agree the question is a little confusing. the advice is to use RICE , Rest, Ice, Compression and Elevation to reduce swelling, so they have amended the answers in the question to make it clearer.
