“The course was easy to follow, and perhaps too basic in parts. Was able to take some learning from it to put into practice, especially with a new boss. At my place of work we aren't required to turn minutes around in 24 hours. This was the only assessment question I got incorrect so hopefully the certificate doesnt state 95% as this would be a disappointing end to the course.”

“I thought it was very good value. I wasn't very keen on the spoken voice, which I guess is helpful for blind trainees, but for myself I turned the sound off. I thought perhaps there could be a little more interaction included, but overall it was very good value for money. Thank you.”
