“Thank you for the opportunity, for starters. It was an amazing course. I think the only thing I would suggest is that you provide an option that allows people to turn off the speaker reading out to you. For me, personally, it made it a little difficult to focus and I had to wait for her to finish speaking so that I could read it for myself. Thank you.”

“I think as I am a fast reader, it might be a good idea to implement a click to reveal option as opposed to the slideshow effect. This enables fast readers to continue at their pace without distraction.”

I am sure you can appreciate the responsibility we have as a training provider to ensure our users are taking the time to read and understand the information in front of them. I do however appreciate some people absorb information faster than others! There is a settings button within our courses and it does allow you to select your course speed to suit your preference, I hope that this will improve your experience if you purchase from us again!
