We are always striving to deliver the highest quality product at an affordable price and were very disappointed to hear your adverse feedback. We worked diligently to improve our packaging by individually wrapping each plate and separating each plate with cardboard as well as a thicker heavier duty bottom fold box. As a result we have encountered little to no issues with customer satisfaction and performance of our products in testing and deployment. In regards to the front strike face, please know we show an image with the logo and model so as to advertise each product clearly. However, the plates do not include a silk screen of these images and information as it is extremely expensive and not efficient to print such information on each plate. That being said, we will add additional language on our website to ensure no confusion regarding our advertising images. Please know the plate labels in no way affects the performance of the products. In regards to the label on the plate, our self-adhesive label is a conditioned and approved label that NIJ has tested and approved through their compliance program, so this is a spec'd in solution we have delivered in hundreds of thousands without issue. As part of the NIJ certification, our labels are actually a 'thermal heat transfer printed label' with unique identification for life cycle tracking of your product per the NIJ standard. We strive for 100% customer satisfaction and therefore we want you to know that within the next 30 days you can return the products purchased for a full refund.
