“I recently looked to purchase a pair of 8”x10” Full Cut AR500 Steel Armor Plates for use at the outdoor pistol range at my local range; the Good Folks at HighCom Security did not have any 8”x10” Full Cut Plates of this size in stock, but they took the time to e-mail me back and then even call me (twice), just to ask if they could upgrade my order (at no extra charge) to a pair of similarly dimensioned AR1000 Advanced Shooter’s Cut Plates, as their current allocation of 8”x10” Full Cut AR500 Steel Armor Plates was out of stock, and likely would not become available for a while still. The Customer Service at HighCom Security is second to none; I have no doubt but that HighCom Security lost money on my (miniscule) order, but they tried harder than any company I have yet done business with, to make sure they were able to help fulfill the particular needs I had at the time, and in so doing, they earned a “Customer For Life,” as I will (now) look to HighCom Security first, last and always, to fulfill my needs in the years ahead. “About a month before ordering I contacted HighCom CS to discuss plate options for my wife. Mike spent quite a bit of time reviewing the options, with pros and cons for each. I eventually settled on a combination of a level III hard plate with a soft IIIa backing. It arrived a few days after the order and met all of my expectations. I plan to order additional items to complete the active shooter kit.”
“I had a level IV plate with a active shooter kit and I have loved that plate. I tried the level III plate for my internal carrier. My plate was mailed very quickly and fits well into my internal carrier. I can't say how well it works as I never hope to test it's ability. Over I would give top marks as it is cheaper then everything else out there and cheaper then everything else there. Company has been nothing short of amazing to work with!!!”
