“I ordered the groin, deltoid, and neck armor. Their response time to sending in the information that I am a US citizen was pretty quick. To ship it out and get it to my house was unbelievably fast as well. Two days to be exact. Amazon is that fast, but they charge you 100 bucks to be that quick. This company doesn't.
So, I got paint on the groin cover. It obviously wasn't covered under warranty which is understandable. I message the company asking if I could just buy a new one. The response time was also pretty quick. The next day, it's right at my door. It was unbelievable.
Great company all around. Now all I need are some plates.”
