“Good so far. Was taking some cheaper cod liver oil tablets to try and alleviate a niggling pain in my hip. Saw these on offer and thought I'd try them to cover more bases. No hip pain at the moment!”
“although the tablets have double the level of EPA and DHA over the standard capsules they do not have double the amount of fish oil, so if you are taking these for your joints as i do and take two of the standard omega 3 a day, you will half your fish oil intake as you can only take one a day of the super potency tablets. so i unfortunately found these a waste of money.”
