“I had been looking for an attachment for my tractor to assist with clearing up the paddocks after some storms last winter. We had many trees blown over and basically the paddocks were a mess. I have found the grapple a huge improvement on my ability to cleanup fallen trees and other debris. It has made the work quick and effective. I used to use the bucket and have to throw most items in by hand, which is not only back breaking work but time consuming.
With my grapple I can push up as with other attachments but also grip logs and branches and pull them out of the way of fences without the aid of chains and having to get on and off the tractor. It also is great to be able to lift items off the ground and carry them to the heap without them dragging or leaving scrap marks across the hill which causes erosion during winter.
