“This is a great item in principle...if I could actually use it. While installation instructions are clear I followed them carefully and still made an absolute mess of installation so it's still not up on my wall.
Perhaps in addition to having to print out the instructions myself it could mention that it is recommended two people are needed, with at least one that has experience drilling massive holes in walls (I have no idea how I'm going to remove these plugs now, I need to start over).”
