Delivered by the as per usual dreadful DPD, to an unknown neighbour, l have never given my permission to to do this.
1st delivery attempt weeks ago... Returned by DPD...
Zero communication, from Hiplock or DPD.
I had to ask, where is my expensive lock, £250.
Bring back a normal postal service, signed for, not dumped on doorsteps or at an unknown neighbour.”
“A strong lock that's well made. The weight is not too bad. I recommend it but it would be nice if there was a longer version, and if the rubber coating was optional (it's a bit too thick to lock my ebike in the most secure location on the bike).
For Canadians, be aware there's about $100 import fee for this lock.”
