“The perfect lock for my ebike.
Sturdy, substantial, well made and easy to lock and unlock which means confidence :) - lock has the perfect measurements for my set up- the lock goes though my bike wheel, frame and the street stands in the city.
I ordered the size checker template first so I knew it would fit my needs size wise.
I also ordered the BR bracket and this fits on my rear rack perfectly with no rattles when carrying my DX1000. Happy!”

“I bought a DX1000 as im going on a road trip soon and will have to park outside a couple of hotels. After seeing recent reports of bikes being taken from outside a hotel I was keen to get a lock that’ll defeat the grinders that the black balaclava brigade have started using.
I’ve also got 2 disk locks, a big lock around my chain & sprocket and a lock with chain too. When I can afford to I’ll get another hiplok to do away with all these gubbins.
While the hiplok is big and chunky it fits nicely in my tank bag along with the rest of my locks.
It fits a zzr1400 front wheel no problem (120/70 17)
My only criticism is the locking mechanism is a bit “catchy” and fiddly to get the locking mechanism’s block onto the shackle if it’s not dead straight and the way the key wants to spring back to locked position but I recon this will ease off with use.

“Although its a very good lock for when I'm travelling the bulkiness of the DX1000 and the A1000 make it very dificult to use with my motorbike. You would have just just happen to align your bike up at the perfect spot for the DX1000 be able to connect to the A1000, so at home unfortuantly this isn't used 99% of the time and I have to just use a chain in its place.”

We do have another anchor called the AX1000, this is the same base as the A1000 but has the addition of a rotating arm which allows for more locking options which may be more suitable for your setup.
