“With regard to the product itself, I have absolutely nothing to fault. It is excellent – very well built, robust, and of high quality, while still being relatively lightweight, which was a pleasant surprise. I am very satisfied and genuinely pleased with the product.
However, I did experience some inconveniences with the purchase and delivery process. The website indicated a delivery time of up to 5 working days, but in my case it took almost a month to receive the item. After one week, I had to contact customer support, and I was informed that there had been a system error which meant my order had not even been processed. It was only progressed because I reached out – otherwise it would have remained undispatched.
Following this, the delivery itself was also quite slow. The shipment was handled by GLS, and unfortunately the experience was not very positive. The item was dispatched from Ireland, passed through Germany, and took a considerable amount of time to arrive, seemingly via rail transport across Europe.
In summary, the product is outstanding and I would certainly recommend it. However, there is clear room for improvement in order processing and in the choice of courier, to ensure more reliable and timely deliveries.”

“Quick and easy to attach onto my motorbike and it's big enough to go round my whole back tire. If you want peace of mind, I would highly recommend investing in one to deter any opportunist or skilled thief.”
“Living in a Apartment Complex has its challenges, but I think this will solve the problem. After loosing access to a garage, I had to start parking my motorcycle outside. And just a few weeks later, it was stolen. Lock cut, bike gone. Six weeks later, I luckily recovered my motorcycle (thanks to my Facebook Bike Club) and having to pay almost 4k in repairs. So, I went all out, IMO. The DX1000 combined with the Mega Loop, its not going to be an easy target again. Doesnt have to be perfect, but it has to be a LOT harder than most of whats out there. Dont be a target, spend the money.”

“The online videos show everything we need to know: a huge theft deterrent as well as highly functional security. Quality is fantastic and shipping was quick. My only wish is that they made it in brighter colors so a prospective thief could see it from far away before they committed to trying to saw it off a bike.”
