“Good Morning: could someone please contact me. I purchased 6 locks and 2 of them came jammed and we were unable to set the locks. I am the person going through the process and have done this with four other locks we purchsed previously. Of those four, one was jammed. We still believe in them as we are in a small town and lock our bikes for short 'food or shopping' stops, so I would like them replaced. amilne@nicoladmin.com
