“I normally use 10x20 microgreen trays but found the 10x10 trays a good size for the home kitchen. I have racks and a light station in my garage that work great for starting and growing the microgreens. Once the greens are up large enough to begin using, I like to have a tray or two in the kitchen. The 10x10 size is great for munching kiddos looking for an after-school snack. They love clipping their own fresh bowl of greens. Proof that if you grow greens and the family has access they will eat them. The trays are of good quality nearly as sturdy as my commercial 10x20 trays. I do miss the little finger groove on each end that makes it a bit easier to lift the growing tray out of the watering tray. With that said, they are a good purchase and I would buy them again. It is nice to have choices and not have to purchase 10 of each size.”
