“Growing microgreens in a small self-watering tray makes it possible to have a steady supply of greens at the kitchen window sill, and in winter this is especially a godsend. So far I've had good luck with the HM trays and the excellent soil provided by Home Microgreens. I've gotten two crops of pea shoots from the same seed and it looks like a third is coming on. The Wasabina Mustard is very tasty. The beets are beautiful. While I've just gotten started, it's clear this method of growing food can be done by anyone having access to the sun or a grow light with minimal effort. This is great for busy people. The instructional videos provided by Todd are a bonus.”
