“We are the very early stages of learning how to grow and use microgreens! I chose these seeds because they were listed in an article on the website of easiest greens for beginners. Sure enough, these were pretty darn simple and in just a few days we were seeing sprouts! They are tasty little buggers and I’ve been using them to make things like pesto and Frankfurt Green Sauce, as well as just throwing them in salads.”
