“The sprout has a mild cantoloupe flavour and is larger than some other sprouts, two pluses. Unfortunately, the leaves and the stem are covered in fine hairs, which give a texture I don't like so much. Other pluses are good germination and fast growth. I was glad of the opportunity to try a new sprout.”

Sorry, you didn't like the texture of the cantaloupe microgreens. But I am glad you are happy with the seed. Cantaloupe micros are best eaten at a younger stage than expected as they do grow quickly!
