“Ordered this item as a Father's Day present and was so excited for my dad to get it. While tracking it, right before it was supposed to go out for delivery there was a notification from UPS that the box was empty, I contacted Keith knowing it wasn't his fault and he graciously rushed a brand new one out at his own expense.
