“The cigar case was okay. The cap feels like it can easily fall off. The leather is poor and the monogram was smaller then expected so it disnt look the same as what was pictured. The glass itself had a defect of a very visible and raised line running horizontally. The engraving was right over it so they obvioulsy dont minitor there products or care about customer satisfaction. I got 15% back for my complaint but that didnt change the glfact that this item was for christmas and coildnt be fixed.”
