Even though I was able to remove the seeds in the jalapenos, I am finding that I prefer Anaheim peppers or even Pepperoncini because they are less hot. I made a concoction of sharp Cheddar spread and crumbled bacon and used a cheese-filled sandwich bag with a corner tip cut off to pipe the cheese into each pepper after they were arranged in the stand. This makes the job so easy. Just place the filled peppers in the stand directly on your grill and roast. They get a bit charred and the cheese melts and are they ever yummy. Great touch for Margarita Night!!”
