“The accuracy of this item seems a little suspicious. I've tested the item before drinking any alcohol, and occasionally receive a .05% BAC (only about 10% of the time though).
After drinking a single glass of wine however, I usually receive a .08% BAC. While I'm not saying definitively that it's inaccurate, I wouldn't think a person my size would be over the legal limit after a single glass of wine (I'm 6'3, 220 lbs).
