“I was disappointed with the engraving of the product which occupied about 1/3 of the space in the middle of the pendent that accompanied the golf bag. If it wasn't going to look right I feel that I should have been notified.”
“I got as a gift to be put on a desk. I didn't test to see if the pens worked but I'm assuming they do. The only bad Thing was I got the engraving keychain and when I went to attach it the clasp broke immediately. I knew how to detach then broke one and attach a new clasp so I did that.”
