“Great idea, and great product. I had some concern regarding the ice ball but the mold does its job well. I only have one concern with the product and I feel that the glass should be bigger or the ice ball smaller. In order for the ice to get in the lower portion of the glass and fit between the middle peak and the wall of the glass, it must first melt a little. I would have liked the ice ball to fit in there to start with.”
“If you aren't swirling it for a while the ice ball will obviously not melt in the shape of a ball. When this happens the ice still swirls really well in the glass though, it just doesn't roll anymore.
To get past the fact that there is only 1 ice ball you can use the mold to make a bunch and leave the ice balls in the ice bucket. Then when you drink you have plenty of ice balls.”
