“Came wrapped in probably 4 layers of bubble wrap, so props for taking the extra step to be careful! Great quality, the crest feels solid (and like metal) in the glass and doesn't seem like it'll go anywhere. Looks very professionally made and it came very quickly. Awesome job!”
“The mug itself is beautiful. Unfortunately, when I first received it, the initial was wrong. The process to get it resolved took longer than I would have liked. It took about two days to hear from the shop owner after I informed him of the issue. Normally this wouldn't bother me but because it was a holiday gift which I needed to ship out of state, time was of the essence. It took like three days to process the return. He was very polite and professional, and he had a new one rush made. I just wish he hadn't shipped it USPS which took a week to arrive. Now I have to 2-day ship to make sure it makes it on time for Christmas Eve. He let me keep the other one, though. I'd still use this shop in the future because he was kind and it was a quality product.”
