“We had bought the whiskey gift set with stones not realizing that there was only 1 glass and you can't get 2 with it. Also, the glass, when made, the base was at a slope on the inside and looked bad with the name engraved. Customer service was great and getting a rush replacement on a different set of glasses. Oddly, 1 of those glasses also had a slight slope on the inside of the base as well. It wasn't as bad as the original and just went with it.”

“This glass is a birthday gift for my son on April 21st. When he left the Army in 2016, they gave him a bottle of Jack Daniels Single Barrel with pewter engravings on a medal. It has not been opened, so I purchased him a bottle (of the same) to give 4/21/17. Then I thought it would be nice to give a whiskey glass with such an expensive bottle of whiskey; representing his accomplishment on being hired onto Clearcreek Police Dept. The engraving is barely visible and I'm a tad bit disappointed. I'm sure he will like it.”
