“I was so excited to order this product for a Christmas gift and even more excited about having it engraved. I knew there person getting it was going to love it!
When it arrived, the product itself was perfect; however, the engraving was not... It was almost like it had been sanded off in place, making it very splotchy looking. I used the chat box on the site to relay my concerns and spoke with Kyra. She was so helpful and very responsive! They immediately processed my request and rush delivererd me a new product free of charge since I need it by Christmas.
