“I ordered the Iowa Beer Cap Map for my husband for Christmas along with some personalized pint glasses. I placed the order on 12/14, and the ordered was shipped on 12/17. When the order arrived on 12/21, the beer cap map was snapped in half. I emailed customer service and within MINUTES they replied (and this was at 7:00pm). They shipped out a new one the next day and it arrived on 12/24! My husband loved it and is excited to hang it up in our home bar.
