“Product came in on time for me to present to my best man. Overall I liked the product, however I did notice that the engraving was not centered in the handle. It's a bit of a bit but I was annoyed that it was off. If I had ordered with more time to replace I probably would have made a bigger deal about it.”

“I couldn't be happier with this company. There was a minor issue with the production of my tap handle and they took it upon themselves to decide the quality was not to their standard. I had explained i really needed it and i would take it. They sent it to me and shortly afterwards sent me a new one that was perfect. I don't see many companies take that much pride in their products anymore. They where literally more picky than me when it came to quality. I will order from them again with full confidence that quality will not be compromised.”
