“Ordered 11 glasses for an annual weekend event with the guys. Ordering process and shipping time was excellent. Glasses arrived safely and well packed. Quality and size of glass excellent. 3 of the 11 glasses had a 5mm scratch on the inside by the lettering so was very noticeable and unacceptable as a gift. My theory is that it was related to the engraving process and how the machine held the glass for the etching.b REGARDLESS, customer service was excellent, cordial, remedied the situation and shipped 3 new glasses at no cost. Super impressed with the agility and communication of this company and highly recommend them.”
