“Glasses arrived in a timely manner. Unfortunately one of them was shattered to pieces. I called customer service and they were accommodating I’m getting me a replacement for the broken glass. I had to send a photo of the shattered glass while on the phone with them. That kind of upset me, but after thinking about why I quickly understood. I told the gentlemen I spoke with that the box was not marked with FRAGILE OR HANDLE WITH CARE at all. He said they usually are. I am not convinced since the replacement box I received with my new glass wasn’t marked either. Although they did wrap it much better. I would order from them again however, I suggest they start marking their boxes and maybe wrap a bit better as to avoid breakage.”
