“I ordered a set of. 4 glasses. The order came very quickly! 3 of the 4 made it home safely, number 4 just didn’t make it. the box they came in looked liked someone got mad at it (sad, I know, what did the box do?!) so I called the customer service number, explained my predicament, sent some pictures of the unfortunate glass. Customer service was fantastic!!! Took care of my small problem and I had a brand new (customized) glass to match my other 3 in just a very few days.
