“It was a very nice product however this was personalized for a gift and it didn't come how it was ordered. I had read a review prior about an initial being engraved wrong so I took a picture of my order to make sure, thinking no way it would happen. They did put the wrong letter but the correct name. I was very disappointed about that because there is a specific place to put the initial you need. Just disappointed I didn't get what I ordered. Other than that the product itself was beautiful and it looks like great quality! The names were placed nicely and neatly on each one, no damage in shipping.”
